Evan's Chiropractic journey began before he graduated from University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2015, rooted in his passion to help amateur athletes. After being heavily involved in basketball growing up in Drayton Valley up to the collegiate level in Edmonton, Evan noticed the many shortcomings in our athletes’ accessibility to proper therapy and training; for this reason MYo Lab was born.
Working together with a variety of Manual Therapists, as well as skilled Personal Trainers and Strength & Conditioning Coaches, MYo Lab is committed to providing the most comprehensive care in the Calgary area, NOT just for athletes, but to all populations without discrimination.

Dr. Hartley is a Chiropractor in Calgary, raised in Brooks, AB where he participated in many different sporting and athletic events within the community. He then moved to Calgary, AB where he attended the University of Calgary to study Kinesiology. During his time, he was a member of the University of Calgary Dino’s football program in 2010-2011, which was unfortunately cut short due to injury.
He then moved to Portland, OR to attend the University of Western States obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. During school, he learned various techniques including active cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy and functional rehabilitation. Throughout his entire experience he was able to directly work with a variety of populations, ranging from casual weekend warriors all the way to Olympic and professional athletes.
Dr. Hartley uses the best evidence in his treatment plans and implements active rehabilitation to prevent painful recurrences while optimizing performance.

Dr. Chantelle Green is a native Calgarian who completed her undergraduate degree at Mount Royal University, and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at University of Western States in Portland, OR. While studying in Portland, she also obtained a Master of Science in Sports Medicine.
During her chiropractic and sports medicine internships, she had the privilege to work with male and female high school cheerleaders and former dancers. Combined with her own dance history, this sparked a fascination with how chiropractic care can benefit athletes whose sports demand a high degree of flexibility. She looks forward to furthering her knowledge in these areas, and applying similar principles to other fields, including pregnancy and postpartum care, and active individuals of all types.
Dr. Green is passionate about enabling people to lead the life they want to live, and believes in using evidence based approaches to that end. She has received formal instruction in Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, and kinesiotaping (RockTape), and seeks to use all of her training to create treatment plans focused on helping her patients achieve their own goals.

Rachelle Gulka, born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, has always had aspirations to work in the athletic field; being a high level athlete herself focusing on softball. She attended the University of Saskatchewan for 4 years, while studying towards her degree in sport sciences. While at the U of S she was a member of the Student Trainer program and worked with the Huskie Wrestling team for 2 years. Working on the sidelines with the athletes and the Physiotherapists she gained a lot of insight into the different modalities used for rehabilitation.
After obtaining her bachelor of science in kinesiology, Rachelle pursued her massage career, attending the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Saskatoon. During this time she became a member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association and certified in advanced sport massage.
Rachelle’s focus as a massage therapist is to help people reach their fitness/athletic goals by keeping their mind and body in balance. She thrives on challenging herself with new strategies and techniques to help better the individual.

Nicole hails from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Participating in a multitude of sports, she took particular interest and excelled in figure skating. After having success in both personal and team-inclined skating, her training brought her to Burlington, Ontario, where she skated with Canada's top synchronized skating team, Nexxice.
In 2013, she moved back to her home province to pursue massage therapy. She successfully completed her 2200-hour program in 2017, while also maintaining a busy work schedule with competitive figure skating coaching and choreography. Her years of dedication to sport and training is what initiated her interest in massage therapy as a career. Nicole believes that to be a top athlete, a regimen of consistent care to keep the body and mind in good physical form can only lead to optimal results.
Nicole's initial experience as a Registered Massage Therapist involved mostly deep tissue massage, injury rehab, and motor vehicle accidents. Her clientele consisted primarily young athletes whom have undergone rigorous training programs, given her interest and experience in this field. More recently, Nicole has broadened her horizons to offer longer treatments with more focus on relaxation techniques, which is beneficial to a wider range of clients of all backgrounds.
While therapeutic massage is still something she practices regularly, she has found that offering relaxation massage to her clients to be an asset to her skillset and hopes to continue to learn and utilize more techniques in the future!

Instrumentation & Controls Technician-turned Massage Therapist - grew up in Estevan, SK. He grew up playing badminton, football, and basketball. Joel has been training as a weightlifter (bodybuilding) for the better part of a decade. His background in athletics and training allow him to fully understand the physical dysfunctions and, consequently, mental frustrations that arise from repetitive strain injuries.
Before graduating high school in 2012, he planned on becoming a Massage Therapist but had doubts in regards to the longevity of the career. Having consulted many of those in the industry, he learned that there are treatment techniques and modalities that will allow him to practice Massage Therapy for many years. While accumulating hours towards his Instrumentation certificate, Joel did not find the sense of fulfillment and meaning that should come from furthering an individual's career.
With Massage Therapy, he finds excitement in encouraging individuals to take control of their physical health, while they exercise their fundamental human right of living pain-free. He graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina, SK in 2018.
Expect a session with Joel to be therapeutically-based, with treatment utilizing long-term benefits of modalities such as cupping, Graston Technique and Swedish massage techniques.

Rayna Laing grew up in small town "Fox Vegas" (Fox Creek, AB). She participated in lots of different sports growing up, until dance and snowboarding became her main focus. Having experienced sports injuries from concussions to broken collar bones - she understands the importance of effective rehabilitation, so you can get back into the game!
Rayna has always had a passion to help people, and found the human body to be fascinating. In 2016 she turned her passion and love of science into a career and started her Massage Therapy journey.
With a mentality of "treatment doesn't end with me, it begins with you" Rayna's priority is client education. Her goal is to get you back to doing the things you love, and to teach you how to maintain it.
Having specialized in a neuromuscular approach to massage therapy - she strives herself on giving the most time efficient and effective treatments she can. Rayna loves going after things thats are often looked as "hopeless" and "untreatable."
Sessions with Rayna can be 30 minutes with clothes on, or 60 mins using therapeutic, neuro, & swedish techniques. All of her treatments are goal orientated.

Having played NCAA Division II lacrosse in the United States, Kassidy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a team environment which she brings with her to MYo Lab. During her time in the United States, she worked with variety of athletes ranging from high school football teams to NCAA teams including basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball, which included multiple national championship athletes. While in the United States, Kassidy suffered a low back injury and through her own recovery process gained a deep understanding for athletes, their mindsets and injury frustration levels. Now she strives to help others recover from injuries as well as prevent them.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, Kassidy moved to Germany where she had the opportunity to work with national and international level track athletes. She coached and treated athletes throughout their season as well as helped prepare them for numerous National and International Championships. The athletes Kassidy worked with ranged in age from 14 to 55 years old . This experience included working as an athletic trainer at the German National Championships (2015, 2016, 2017) and training camps in Portugal (2017, 2018).
Kassidy specializes in helping athletes improve their functional strength and overall performance through safe and responsible training methods. She has vast experience in functional training, agility and speed, and is constantly learning new strategies to help her clients improve. Kassidy strives to help others feel confident, motivated, stronger, healthy and unstoppable. She has a true passion for inspiring people to reach their potential and personal goals, whatever they may be. Anna is your typical outdoor enthusiast and weekend warrior. Having never wanted to excel at just one thing, her roaming tendencies drew her to explore and become good at many things. It is why she considers herself as a Jill of all Trades. She acquired a Bachelor of Kinesiology at U of C, and completed her personal training certification with CSEP. Anna also specializes in Pre and Postnatal Fitness and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
When the snow falls, Anna spends most of her weekends touring the mountains in the backcountry, complimented by rock climbing and mountain biking in the Summer. Her priority has always been to take care of her body to be able to keep living her very active lifestyle. Anna wants to help her clients push past their limits and crush their goals, so that they can have the best skiing, mountain biking, and hiking seasons. Injury free.
Anna has worked with people of all ages, from all walks of life. Runners, synchronized swimmers, gymnasts, and individuals who are brand new to training and weightlifting.

Aaron is a Personal Trainer, rugby player, and recreational powerlifter who has been honing his craft in Calgary for just shy of a decade. He first started lifting weights as a teenager in an attempt to become a better volleyball player, and immediately fell in love. Knowing that reading internet posts promoting "squats and oats," wasn't going to cut it if he wanted to be a legitimate fitness professional, Aaron uprooted from his hometown of Dawson Creek, BC in 2009 to enroll in Mount Royal University's Personal Fitness Trainer program.
Cut to present day and Aaron has been working full time as a Personal Trainer for over 8 years. His pursuit for higher education has taken him all over the world, working hands-on with industry leaders such as, the Prague School of Rehabilitation, world record powerlifter Chris Duffin, and renowned back pain expert Dr. Stuart McGill.
Aaron's training philosophy is that everyone should live better through strength. His specialty is making clients incredibly strong and pain-free by focusing on doing the basics well, with purpose and intent. Additionally, he believes that you should never lose focus on what brought you to the gym in the first place, which for most people, is to feel, look, and perform better. This means he will never have you flailing around on a foam roller for 45 minutes, instead sessions will always be geared towards progressing clients towards their maximum potential through proper movement and strength training.
