If you’ve only tried infrared at a spa, you’re missing out on its full potential. At MYo Lab, our infrared sauna sessions are backed by clinical insight, integrated with your Chiropractic, or Massage care, and guided by evidence-based protocols.
Our sauna is fully equipped with both Infrared and Red Light Therapy, as well as chromotherapy, giving you a comprehensive, multi-modal wellness experience in every session. In each session, you can choose to combine Infrared (IR) & Red Light Therapy (RLT) at no additional cost or just use one of them.
Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, managing chronic pain, or simply want to sleep better and stress less, our infrared sauna is your go-to wellness tool.
Infrared saunas use far-infrared heat to deeply penetrate your muscles and tissues, promoting detoxification, reducing inflammation, and helping manage pain. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air (and leave you gasping for breath), infrared works at lower (but still substantial and highly effective) temperatures (~100–140°F, which can be simply modified by the user for their own preference, rather than being preset for everyone) for a more comfortable session.
Chronic pain relief (e.g., osteoarthritis, chronic low back pain, etc.)

Improved circulation
Skin rejuvenation through increased blood flow and detoxification
Stress reduction by calming the nervous system
Better sleep quality through lower cortisol levels and relaxation
Immune system stimulation via mild hyperthermia effects
Enhanced flexibility and muscle relaxation
Overall wellness, when integrated with stretching or mindfulness practices
You don’t have to guess what works. We’ve summarized recommended usage protocols below from the latest studies to help guide your sessions.
