Our Cancellation Policy = 48 hours. We have a Cancellation Policy because MYo Lab is committed to helping you achieve your goals. The team endeavours to deliver a consistent member experience with first-class care. MYo Lab does not run accounts receivable for their members (customers/patrons/patients/clients/etc.) so to help us assist you better, we ask all our members to share the same level of commitment.
To ensure your goals are being met, our Cancellation Policy is here to accommodate your preferred times when booking your appointments so that MYo can deliver your care plan uninterrupted. The team at MYo genuinely cares about you getting back to doing what you love and we understand things come up. When appointments are cancelled, it will take longer for you to achieve your goals and ultimately lead to an increased cost to you as care is spread out and goals are delayed.
The team at MYo does not want to charge anyone, but ultimately this policy is in place to protect and respect the Practitioner’s time and yours, and we hope that by clearly stating our expectations, we won’t have to.
A cancellation fee will be applied to all appointments that are missed/”no-show” or a late cancellation occurs within 48 hours-notice (this is also posted on our website, in the box you checked in your Intake Forms, and clearly posted in our waiting room, for your convenience).
<12 HOURS = FULL PRICE (THIS INCLUDES NO-SHOWS)
12 – 24 HOURS = 75% OF PRICE (25% COURTESY DISCOUNT)
24 – 48 HOURS = 50% OF PRICE (50% COURTESY DISCOUNT)
Rebooking will not be permitted until cancellation fee has been paid.
Every member will be granted one complimentary late cancellation or no-show without charge, as a courtesy, no rationale needed. After which, the cancellation policy will occur to all cancellations/no-shows following.
