If your body is an instrument; your Chiropractor is the conductor.
We believe in treating the root cause of your pain and dysfunction, not just focusing on temporary solutions to your symptoms. At MYo Lab, we take the extra time, knowledge, skill, and practices—from initial assessment and throughout your care plan—to discover the source of what may be holding you back in living your fullest, healthiest, pain-free life.
Our diversity in treatments and Practitioners means completely personalized programs with individualized results—whether your treatment involves stability and rehabilitation, underlying mobility issues, strength development, or acute pain prevention and relief.
If a problem found you, it can come back…but not at MYo Lab.
While most patients view massage as synonymous with on-the-surface relaxation, at MYo Lab we have a different approach. Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) place an emphasis on therapeutic massages, meaning deeper techniques are utilized to correct your body and movement. This allows massage to be used for recovery, injury prevention and mobility restoration. Within our team, our RMTs will be taking care of your muscular and connective tissue restrictions to move you further on the road to your goals.
Therapeutic massages are our focus at MYo Lab, but this doesn’t mean we ignore relaxation techniques vital for those who need to de-stress, slow down and take some time to unwind. If this is for you, be sure to let your massage therapist know so they can adjust their techniques appropriately.
Movement problems? We’ve got movement solutions.
With a focus on movement and exercise-based rehab, our Physiotherapists use a dedicated and direct treatment philosophy to bring you from pain to performing your daily activities of life without discomfort. Contrary to many Physiotherapists, we treat our members with care and evidence-based treatments that go beyond simply applying heat and pads. At MYo Lab, by stretching and strengthening—addressing weaknesses and dysfunction—we move in order to keep you moving.
