John completed his nursing degree in Manila Doctors College and is now taking a business administration diploma at Bow Valley College. He moved to Canada with his partner and brought their two dogs with them. He practiced nursing in medical surgical hospitals back in the Philippines for three years right after college.

After spending some time in the healthcare field, he moved to business operations management in which he became an expert of promoting customer experience, process improvement and project and risk management. Working with MYo Lab as an MSR allowed him to apply his experience in healthcare and customer service!

Outside of work, he loves to do volunteer work, try new foods to eat and spend time with his partner, fur babies and friends.
