Tash started at Bow Valley College studying Medical Office Assisting, which deepened her passion for healthcare. During her studies, she discovered a strong interest in health and nutrition, along with weight training.
Exploring these areas sparked a passion for holistic well-being. Tash began to appreciate how nutrition and fitness play a crucial role in overall health, which further fueled her desire to contribute to wellness and support healthy lifestyles.
Outside of the clinic you can find Tash creating charcuterie boards for fun, at the gym or finding new places to explore with her boyfriend and dog.
