If you’ve only tried infrared at a spa, you’re missing out on its full potential. At MYo Lab, our infrared sauna sessions are backed by clinical insight, integrated with your Chiropractic, Physio, or Massage care, and guided by evidence-based protocols.
Our sauna is fully equipped with both Infrared and Red Light Therapy, as well as chromotherapy, giving you a comprehensive, multi-modal wellness experience in every session. In each session, you can choose to combine Infrared (IR) & Red Light Therapy (RLT) at no additional cost or just use one of them.
Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, managing chronic pain, or simply want to sleep better and stress less, our infrared sauna is your go-to wellness tool.
Infrared saunas use far-infrared heat to deeply penetrate your muscles and tissues, promoting detoxification, reducing inflammation, and helping manage pain. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air (and leave you gasping for breath), infrared works at lower (but still substantial and highly effective) temperatures (~100–140°F, which can be simply modified by the user for their own preference, rather than being preset for everyone) for a more comfortable session.
Backed by research-informed protocols, infrared sauna therapy may support:

Infrared Sauna Therapy uses far-infrared heat to warm the body directly, penetrating deep into muscles and tissues. It’s great for relaxing tight muscles, improving circulation, detoxification, and supporting nervous system recovery.
Red Light Therapy, on the other hand, uses low-level red and near-infrared light wavelengths to stimulate cellular activity, leading to improved cell repair, collagen production, and reduced inflammation. RLT is particularly effective for skin health, joint pain, wound healing, and hair regrowth.
While the mechanisms are different—light vs. heat—they complement each other beautifully. That’s why at MYo Lab, you can use both therapies in the same session for layered benefits that support your whole body.
Absolutely. Our sauna is fully equipped with both infrared heat and red light therapy, so you can enjoy the benefits of both during your 40-minute session, at no additional cost. It’s a great way to support both deep tissue recovery and cellular repair in one visit.
