Kirsten is originally from Grande Prairie and was drawn to Calgary for the mountains and it’s active lifestyle opportunities. Kirsten is a recent graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy here in Calgary and has a huge passion for helping others around her. Another passion of Kirsten’s is how the human body works and educating others on theirs and their health. This holistic view of health drives her approach to Massage therapy as she believe in the hands-on approach to healing.
Areas of Passion
Neck/ Shoulder: With a passion for alleviating neck and shoulder tension, she strives to bring comfort and relief through tailored massage techniques designed to reduce chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking a moment of tranquility.
Migraines: As a chronic migraine sufferer herself, she understand the importance of staying on top of care to help eliminate or minimize the occurrence of frequent migraines and loves to be able to help other people do the same for their migraines.
