Karan Saini

As a former competitive soccer player, Karan has experienced the impact that injuries can have on an athlete’s ability to do what they love. Throughout his own rehabilitation journey, he saw the value of physiotherapy - not just in recovering from injury, but in building a deeper understanding of the body and what it takes to return to peak performance. That experience sparked his passion for helping other understand the “why” behind their symptoms and guiding them throughout the recovery process so they can get back to the activities that matter most. Karan graduated from the University of Toronto’s Master of Science in Physical Therapy program in 2025, gaining experience working with individuals across the lifespan in settings including outpatient, hospital, and the emergency department. He believes that successful recovery goes beyond treatment symptoms - it involves educating patients, understanding the factors that contribute to their pain, and providing a clear, individualized plan to reach their goals.
