Claire grew up playing every sport under the sun and sustained injuries from sprained ligaments to concussions. She saw firsthand the benefits of Physio, and her passion grew from there. Though she has now landed on running and skiing, she loves to try new things and keeps active any way she can.

Areas of Passion

Concussion Management: Claire has sustained more concussions than she cares to admit, and knows that each concussion can present with its own challenges. She loves helping others the same way her Physios helped her in those times.

Running Injuries and Running Analysis: She has training in movement and running analysis, and spent 2022/23 at a clinic specializing in treating runners in Toronto.
