Areas of Passion
Forearm and Wrist: Having friends and family that deal with carpal tunnel and tendonitis, I’ve spent a significant amount of time focusing on these areas. I’ve learned various therapeutic techniques and homecare routines that can help!
Neck, Shoulders, Chest and Scalp: By focusing on these areas I can alleviate headaches and improve posture. So many people have “tech neck” from their jobs or poor postural habits that can cause pain and reduced range of motion. Massage can not only help address these symptoms but with regular treatments, proper stretching and strength building it can work to reverse them. Plus who doesn’t love a good scalp massage!
Mental and Physical Relaxation: Massage can help regulate your nervous system, leading to improved sleep and mental health.
Injury Recovery: By improving blood flow and relieving tension, massage can help promote healing and reduce inflammation.
